It is very important to us that all customers are completely satisfied with their orders.

As a result, we take great care to ensure that each order we send out is of the highest quality before it is shipped out to the USA. However, here is our returns policy.

Returning an Unwanted Item

If you would like to return an item that you do not want then we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order being placed on our site. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email us at with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any unwanted item(s). The shipping costs of orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. Please note that it may take unto 10 working days for the amount to show in your account.

Returning a Damaged Item

We take great care to ensure that all orders are checked and packed well to prevent any defects or damage in transit.

However, if you have received a faulty/damaged item then please email us at with your order number and a photo of the item(s) that is damaged.

We will then issue you with a prepaid return label for you to return the item(s) to us. We will then despatch a replacement item to you.

Late or missing refunds

We aim to issue all refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the return. However, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account will vary depending on the method of payment you used at checkout. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We are based in the United Kingdom and so shipping costs are very significant for us on orders to the USA. As a result, unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on orders.
