Can I use a credit/debit card to order from your site? Yes. We accept all major debit/credit cards. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. There is also an option to checkout using PayPal or ApplePay if you prefer.
Can I order over the phone? We are not currently set up to accept card payments over the telephone.

Why is tax being added to my order at checkout? The Presidential Executive Order issued in July 2025 added a 10% customs tariff on imports from the United Kingdom into the USA. This tariff is added to the cost of orders being shipped to the USA at checkout on our website.
Do I have to pay any additional customs charges when I receive my order? No. You will not have to pay any additional customs charges when your order reaches the USA. We send all orders to the USA “Delivery Duty Paid” (DDP). This means that we pay the customs tariff up front and so there should be no additional customs tariffs to pay when receiving your order into the USA. If you do receive an email or any other communication asking for additional payment then please get in touch with us via our contact page before replying as any such communication may be a scam.
